Our methodology

Medco Solutions and our team are excited at the prospect of delivering critical products to support in the fight against COVID-19.

1. Client Analysis

Engage with both private sector businesses and government health authorities to understand their Covid-19 testing strategy and requirements.

2. In Vitro Diagnostic Solution

Work with the client and our global partner Acon Biotech to create an entirely bespoke testing solution with a unique number of LFD’s per box and individual packaging and instructions for use design.

3. Regulatory Approval

Work with Acon through their lab verification process, to ensure that the bespoke product meets regulatory approval with relevant clinical, analytical and usability studies, resulting in certification from a globally recognised regulatory authority such as TUV Sud.

4. Contractual Engagement

Legally engage with our clients to rapidly conclude a supply contract; guaranteeing price, global distribution and quality.

5. Manufacturing and Logistics

With our project management consultants in China, we provide an end to end solution from manufacturing oversight and quality control, to freight handling, customs clearance and air chartering. Ensuring our clients products reach the global front line testing needs at speed.

6. Post market surveillance and support

Working closely with Acon and our clients to carry out thorough post market analysis of the testing solution to obtain critical data for the continuous development and improvement of the testing solution.
