Diamond-Gerjy Proctoscope Medium Sterile
It has never been easier – Medco’s sterile Diamond-Gerjy Proctoscope with lamp holder is a disposable instrument in environmentally friendly plastic for proctological examination and treatment.
Diamond-Gerjy Proctoscope has a pull-out ski on one side to provide better access to the anal canal for targeted therapy with full transparency. On the opposite side, there is a slit window for greater freedom of movement in various forms of treatments. The instrument can be inserted diagonally without impairing the user’s visibility. The door can be opened to the desired length for the selected treatment or pulled out completely, it can also be moved back to rotate the Proctoscope without the underlying mucosa following the rotation. The instrument is a few centimetres longer than other proctoscopes for better exposure of the anal canal and lower rectum. Local anaesthetics can be injected for surgery.
The Diamond-Gerjy Proctoscope protects sensitive areas in the anal canal and clearly exposes desired areas to facilitate surgical procedures, treatments with rubber bands, injection, suture, pexi and tissue samples.
